Campouts & Outings

The Club organizes an annual 10 to 14 day Summer Campout. The destinations tend to be within 1 to 2 days' driving distance from Victoria. Most participants camp but a few choose other accommodation. Short term outings are usually of 3 to 4 days' duration, are scheduled to take place during the year, and the destinations are closer to Victoria. If they take place in late fall or early spring, the group may stay in visitor accommodations.

Campout areas visited in the past:
Waterton National Park, Glacier National Park, Banff National Park, Yoho National Park, Manning Park, Cathedral Park, Whistler-Squamish area, Mt Baker, Mt Rainier National Park, Olympic National Park, and Bend (Oregon) area.
